Bitcoin IS The Revolution

In this crazy and chaotic world that will live in today, we never stop looking for a purpose in life. We have the hard-wired need to belong to something bigger than ourselves. This is why millions of people turn to religion, sports teams, and working for a business. What do these all have in common? It is the coming together of people looking for fellowship, community, and the desire to work towards achieving goals.

Without goals to achieve, people tend to turn to drugs, alcohol, and self-harm to numb the pain of the deep abyss of nothingness they are trying to escape. This a sad reality that millions of people worldwide are in the same situation regardless of race, class, gender, or nationality.

People worldwide are hurting and need a better way to conduct human affairs. I believe that this better way is here. Jan 3, 2009, was the day the world changed forever. The funny thing is no one knew that it did, but they are slowly waking up to this fact. For the first time in history, the people of the world have a form of money that is outside the control of the state and can be spent in a peer-to-peer fashion that can't be stopped by anyone.

Not only does this allow people across the globe to work and save in a currency that can't be stolen from them at gunpoint or inflation, but it also provides a beacon of hope that we can change the world for the better without the need for an overbearing government telling us what to do.

Bitcoin allows people to self-organize and build new systems of relating to one another in the way we are designed to do by our creator. Ultimately 99.9 percent of the people in the world want the same things. Food, water, safety, shelter, having children and having the ability to provide for them and their future. These are universal values that Bitcoin embodies.

Life On A Bitcoin Standard

Can you imagine a world on a Bitcoin standard? Governments would no longer be able to print unlimited amounts of currency to steal your wealth. Governments worldwide, especially in the Western world, would be much smaller than they are now.

Smaller government would mean lower taxes and more wealth in your pocket at the end of the day to save and spend as you see fit.

Healthcare will be more accessible because Bitcoin would incentive more doctors to open their own practices, thus driving down the cost of healthcare.

Health insurance, as it exists today, would no longer be needed. Health insurance would only be for genuinely catastrophic situations as it should be.

The education system would be transformed into an institution that taught kids the skills they need to become the leaders of tomorrow. Public schools on a Bitcoin standard would have more than enough money to pay teachers and schools suitable for learning. Kids would have all the supplies they need to learn effectively and about subjects they want to know about.

Life on a Bitcoin standard would be affordable again. You will no longer suffer the consequences of inflation ever again. Countries and people worldwide are adopting Bitcoin to free themselves from the chains of inflation.

Bitcoin encourages savings and takes us off the rat race of always needing to buy a new and shiny toy. The reason we have consumerism today is because of inflation. Consumerism has brought us environmental degradation, mental health issues, broken homes, and taken our ability to think about the future away from us. If you constantly worry about today, you don't care about tomorrow. Inflation keeps you distracted about what is essential in life.

What isn't essential is working for a currency that forces you to become a slave to the system and not focus on your family and your own life. Working 40 hours a week from your home and kids is not how society should have to function.

Bitcoin changes all this. Bitcoin will change the world.
