A new Gov Lab Glossary!

I've started a Glossary for terms used in Advox dialogues, especially those that pertain to the work of the Gov Lab and indigenous design. Ever wonder what quorum really means? Or who coined the term social layer? Well there's a glossary being developed for that! A glossary with terms, sayings, and people pertaining to the R+D that are often repeated in dialogues in the AdvoxDAO but can now be looked up for ease of reference. I just want folks to know that it exists and is being added to and proofed. Thanks for reading and please consider contributing!

We won't know a term needs to be added unless there is feedback. The document is open for comments and the goal is to proof everything with harold.btc that pertains directly to his research.
