Miss Whimsy is now on Parrot Radio
Miss Whimsy released her debut music album “Confused Travels” in 2013. Miss Whimsy, aka mental health-inspired multidisciplinary artist Kira Bursky, is a collector of instruments and dabbles with her accordion, hammer dulcimer, melodica, xylophone, and other whimsical musical devices. She has continued writing and recording new music and plans to release a new album soon.
Kira (Miss Whimsy) has sold 2500+ NFTs on the Ethereum, Solana, Tezos, Cardano, and Bitcoin blockchains, spoken about NFTs & web3 as an official speaker at SXSW, NFT NYC, ETH Denver, NFT MoonFest in Las Vegas and NFT Miami Week, and presented a keynote speech on Mental Health in the NFT Community at NFTCon in Miami.
In 2021 Kira sold out of various NFT collections including most notably “Emotion-Check-In,” which was composed of 250 1/1 daily subconscious drawings celebrating mental health. In 2022, her mental health celebrating NFT collection "Magic Mind" donated $10,000 in cryptocurrency to mental health organizations.
In 2023, Kira and her collaborator Robert Gowan won the Music category of the official Tezos NFT Competition. Also in 2023, Kira launched her Solana-based Access Protocol channel where she has garnered over 2,000 web3 subscribers that she drops visual art NFTs to monthly.
