Whilst we come around to the August edition of the STX:LDN chapter, we take a look at some of the community-focused applications being built on Bitcoin, via Stacks.
Many everyday applications are evolving on Web3 principles to support cryptocurrencies and blockchains, addressing some of the things that Bitcoiners and crypto users have been requesting for a very long time. Alongside this, there are a handful of applications dealing with the key things that are helping Web2 communities to easier and more securely transition into the world of Web3 and the decentralised internet and Console.xyz is one of them.
Well in a nutshell...
Console is a Web3 alternative to Discord
but, that's not all folks!
Console.xyz is a well-designed and modular application, that is every crypto Discord user's ultimate version of Discord, enhancing security features and reducing the number of fake and spam accounts present within any community, all for Web3 and all secured by the power of Bitcoin!
Chris Castig is a Co-founder of Console.xyz and also General Manager at Trust Machines, we are excited and very grateful to have him aboard our August lineup!
To find out more about Console.xyz and to ask Chris some questions, be sure to attend our August event. FREE tickets are available via our Meetup and Eventbrite pages!
