Guilty as charged

Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, is on the run but denies any wrongdoing and is on the run from law enforcement despite the red notice on Interpol.

Since $60B evaporated in May, Do Kwon was suspected on the run without any explanation about how to recover investors' funds.

And his $67 million fund was frozen in KuCoin, which he was also suspected of trying to obtain.

1) Does Do Kwon guilty of the charge, and 2) is he on the run?

If you think 1) ✅ and 2) ✅, you think he will be put into jail.

If you think 1) ❌ and 2) ✅, you think he will be wrongfully accused.

If you think 1) ✅ and 2) ❌, you think he will be treated fairly in trial.

If you think 1) ❌ and 2) ❌, you think he will continue doing what he was doing before freely.

Here is my take, you should not care about him anymore or even label him in the crypto space.

Do Kwon is a crypto history and infamous example after the Terra Collapsed.

Whoever chased after him may have solely purposed to put him into the position to admit his guilty of the charge or return funds he lost.

Let's focus on the future to improve and to prevent another Do Kwon and let others to worry about him.
