Drog the Dwarf Ep 7: Village of Blood

Drog was enjoying a peaceful day in his meadery when he received word that a nearby human village was under attack by a band of evil Grafters. Without hesitation, Drog gathered his battle axe of power, gathered some allies, and set out to defend the innocent villagers.

Drog could see smoke rising from the buildings and hear the sound of battle in the distance. He rushed forward and as he approached the village fighting his way through waves of Grafters with his mighty axe, he could see that the battle was far from won.

Drog's friends and allies were falling around him, injured and dying. The Grafters seemed to have an endless supply of troops, and every time Drog thought he had gained the upper hand, another wave of enemies would appear.

Despite his injuries and exhaustion, Drog refused to give up. He knew that the fate of the village depended on him, and he would do whatever it took to protect the innocent people within.

Finally, after hours of grueling battle, Drog saw an opportunity. He rallied his remaining allies and charged the Grafter general, striking him down with a final blow from his battle axe of power.

The remaining Grafters, seeing their leader fall, retreated in fear. Drog collapsed from exhaustion, but as he lay there catching his breath, he knew that the village was safe thanks to their efforts.

As the villagers came out to thank him and tend to his wounds, Drog realized he had lost many friends in the battle. But he also knew that their sacrifice had not been in vain and that he had done everything he could to protect the innocent.

Drog returned to his meadery, ready to continue his work and always, ready, to defend his friends and allies against any threat that might come their way.
