L.O.V.E. Collection

The L.O.V.E. Collection was my second NFT collection on the Stacks blockchain and it was released for the 2022 Saint Valentine's day. I created this exclusive set of 16 Saint Valentine's Hypercards as a sign of gratitude to the holders of my first collection ever on the Stacks blockchain - the Entangled Flowers Collection, which was released late 2021. Holders of my previous NFTs were entitled to premint a Saint Valentine's hypercard at a discount price during 24 hours. After that, the mint was open to the public and became a metaphor of my love for the broader Stacks community.

The main artistic drive behind L.O.V.E NFTs was my idea that we as humans are always going to reach out for love. And it does not matter if we stay on this side of reality or if we become deamons on the Metaverse, we will continue to strive for love. Love should always become the roadmap for all of our projects, that's the only way to create a better world and an open Metaverse with a golden heart inside.

Have you ever asked yourself if there was a place for love in the Metaverse? Well, this collection is my attempt to find an answer. I'll suggest that you fall in love with your collectibles and share them with your loved ones, because the most important thing is to keep spreading the words of Love.

Some of you might have already noticed that I called the L.O.V.E. NFTs a Saint Valentine's Hypercard instead of the most classic Saint Valentine's Cards; and I'm also sure that some of you already know that this is a hint to the novel "Snow Crash", which is the first place where the Metaverse was mentioned and it's also a novel where hypercards take a very important role in the story. Since Stacks community keeps this novel so close to its heart, I thought it was a nice idea to get inspiration from it for this collection dedicated to spread the virus of Love.

The L.O.V.E. Collection was successfully minted out during the first months of 2022 and I'm immensely grateful to all of my collectors. The final step of this project was the raffle of an animated L.O.V.E. Hypercard between all holders of a L.O.V.E. NFT. Congratulations to Bolt, the winner of the giveaway! I'm not sure he'll be open to offers, but you can check here how the animated L.O.V.E Hypercard looks like.

People interested in the L.O.V.E Hypercards might want to take a look at the Stacks marketplaces - Gamma & Byzantion.
