Starting The Week

The weekend has come and gone but the grind keeps on. One of my favorite exercises is the stationary bike. My beloved Keiser is alway up for the task to make me sweat and hurt the next day. That said, spinning if done right can be a complete full-body workout which improves your blood flow, increases your stamina, boosts your mood, and prevents against chronic issues such as high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Of course, exercise is just one part of a healthy lifestyle, a good healthy diet is always required for a complete package.

If you are looking to start a healthy 2023, I strongly recommend Keiser bikes. They are extremely well made and will last forever. If owning a bike isn’t an option, check out your local spinning classes. I’m sure you’ll find a class that meets your schedule and goals.
