One of my first projects of the year is to learn how to make sourdough bread from scratch, all natural ingredients at home. Sourdough bread can easily be the best bread the world has ever seen. It has been around since 3000 BC and may have originated in the ancient Egypt. It is also speculated that Sourdough bread was discovered by accident when dough was left unprotected and good microbes decided to make it their home.
The health benefits of Sourdough bread are way too long to list here but just to give you readers a few: the bread made at home will have less or no preservatives, it is easy to digest so you will keep looking incredible and won’t feel bad after eating a couple slices, it has a great load of antioxidants and may help reduce the sugar levels in your body.
