A healthy booty contribute to your overall strength, they provide the muscles needed to sit, walk, run, hike and perform other activities. It is true that a healthy diet alone won’t have much effect on building muscle or toning your body. It is important to combine a diet with specific resistance or strength activities to help target areas in your body. Your glutes need lots of attention, regular maintenance and lots of care. It is probably one of the most high maintenance areas of your bodies and one of the most difficult to tone. Luckily, we do not need to visit the surgery room to keep our rears in check. So in other words, if you start with big buns you will effectively reduce the size by running but if you start on the slimmer end, you will help create muscle and increase their size.
