Took Monday off but coming back to my routine feels great. Starting the week with some Tempo HIT training to burn all the damage done over the weekend :)

Doctors And Nutritionists Explain Yes, as the article says it better than anything else I could say “It’s possible to gain weight due to the effects of stress alone, without making any lifestyle changes — and it’s unlikely you’ll be able to reverse the weight gain through diet and exercise alone, without addressing its source.” Let’s work on reducing our stress levels together!
