Dress for success isn’t just for professional clothing. “If I look good, I feel good.” This mantra can literally be applied for every occasion in life where we want our outside image boost our inside confidence. The fitness world is not an exception. But does this mean we need to buy an entire new fitness wardrobe? Although I love the idea, personally, I do think we can start by following some basics steps to improve our selection without braking the bank. First, replace your go-to pieces that are worn and old with new ones. We typically have one or two pieces that we normally fall back to when performing, if these are worn replace them. Second, look for deals on high performance, durable, higher quality items. These would look great on you and will last forever. Yes, I still have UA outfits from years ago that are in extremely good condition. Third, choose pieces that can be mixed and matched with some of your not so old outfits. This will multiply the available complete outfits you have while always wearing a high end piece that makes you feel awesome. Finally, do show off. Make sure that you let the world know you feel great while also looking great.
