Yes, no kidding, Brownies can be healthy-ish. Picture above is the latest batch of Brownies made by yours truly. This is my own recipe that I have mastered over the years. What makes them healthier than your regular store bough Brownies? The ingredients. I used Pasture Raised eggs which can be a little more expensive than regular eggs but they are as natural as they can get without going to the farm and they have the best flavor. The flour is Almond Flour by Simple Mills, if you check the list of ingredients you will find no weird ingredients that can’t be pronounced. Instead of water, I used Coconut milk. And instead of butter, which can make these brownies a little too dry, I used virgin Coconut oil. I do not add sugar since the flour has coconut sugar in it. You can add dark chocolate chips to give them a little extra zing if you’d like. These Brownies come out so good it is hard to feel guilty after eating a plate.
Everyone knows about exotic fruits that can give you a boost in bed. We have heard the benefits of the pineapple, peaches, and even garlic. But Avocados? Yes! They can help you last longer, increase your sperm count and maintain your tool in good health. Check out the article “Avocado Benefits Sexually: Is avocado good for males?” for tips on how to eat them and the science behind.
I typically try to push myself out of my boundaries when doing the weight routines on my Tempo. For me, this comes a little easier as the machine tracks and recommends new weight loads as it sees fit for me. This would be extremely hard for me to accomplish if I did not had a virtual coach. In the “The Future of Strength Training” article, Army researchers cover some ideas on how to push above your limits of weight training. Some ideas include imagining the lift, actually doing the lift and electroshock. This last one, a hard pass for me.
It is not easy being cheesy, specially if you are Cottage. Some reads may find this lumpy, watery, slimy cheese gross but I found it so delicious. I am known to enjoy a cup of cottage cheese and pineapple on top. My favorite brand is Good Culture, which has an organic whole milk option. But don’t trust me! According to “Cottage Cheese Is Making a Comeback”, well, Cottage cheese is making a comeback!
