Yesterday I shared an article regarding using a single dumbbell to have a complete workout. I can’t share videos or animations on Sigle so here is a screen capture of my morning workout completing a Tempo routine using body weight and a single dumbbell. Believe me, it can be done, it is exhausting and it feels amazing. Amongst the routines followed were Goblet Squats, DB Swings, and Single Arm Bent Over Rows. Now go out and burn some calories!
