Whether you find yourself lifting rocks outside, doing burpees in the backyard, running uphill, fitness knows no limits. Specially location. My favorite place right now is in the garage. There I feel safe and pumped to perform. One of my favorite activities is the stationary bike where I do 30-40 minutes spinning sessions listening to the daily news or my favorite music. I can crank the music as loud as I can without bothering anyone.
The Routine
Walk outside for 30min (or 30 min spinning session).
