We’ve discussed physical health and healthy eating in the last Drips. But we haven’t discussed the benefits of a healthy mind. The health of our inner self projects outside and can drive our physical state and thus our energy levels. The benefits of a healthy mind are better physical performance, increase in creativity and problem solving, reduce anxiety, and increase self-esteem amongst many more. This is why it is highly important to monitor the state of our minds and discover what’s affecting them. Detection can be difficult as there are many factors that can change our moods including those that are within ourselves like biological ones. This is particularly important for men, as studies have shown that men are less incline to discuss feelings and mental state. Guys, this is very important, you need to start talking about your feelings.
