This is a deload phase. It was rough recently. Made it here or not you have to congratulate yourself for the hard work and grind. Training intensity and volume will be lower, hence the selection of exercises. If you need the month off take the whole month off, and focus on other tasks. Everyone is different, important is to have awareness and listen what body is telling you.
