This is a phase in conjunction with Martial Arts should you wish to add a day with one. You can also do without Martial Arts.

Martial Arts, 1 to 2 Hour Training; can also be before day 1 or between days. Use what works for you and listen to your body and adjust accordingly. Goal is optimal execution and completion of the phase.
