Alright double drop terminology. Double Drop sets is basically keeping same weight as last set done but when you start the set you go bazerk and do as much as possible (AMRAP). 15s rest and repeating as many reps as possible again (hence Double Drop Sets). It is a glorious finisher for the A1s and A2s. GET SOME!
