Note: This will be commenced 5-7 days after completion of PHASE 4 - 2022. Remember quality of movement over quantity (weight). Scale as needed as well. Reminder to post stretch. Remain malleable. Questions to me. DM.

EXTRA NOTE: THIS IS ANOTHER 5 DAY SPLIT - 5 DAYS STRAIGHT IF YOU CAN. Don't worry we are all busy in life the idea. Finish 4 weeks of the 5 days even if it takes you longer than a month to complete. IT IS ALSO AN ADVANCED TRAINING. PLEASE SCALE IF YOU ARE NOWHERE NEAR THIS LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE.
